The Fund Development committee raises funds to support the affordable programming and activities offered by YNPN Denver. Ensuring that our programming is financially accessible to all young professionals is a critical to the success of our organization. This team manages Kegs for a Cause, corporate sponsorship, and other one-time fundraising activities.

Membership Committee – Co-Chaired by Kendall Tallmadge and Kirsten Polley
The Membership Committee is tasked with membership recruitment and retention, enhancing member-only experiences, and supporting all YNPN Denver committees/events. We want to create consistent, meaningful member experiences to raise the visibility and viability of Denver's Young Nonprofit Professional Network for all committed nonprofit and nonprofit loving young professionals.

The Professional Development Committee oversees YNPN's various professional development events, identifying topics and speakers and creating opportunities for young professionals to learn and engage. Professional Development's slate of programming is ever evolving, and it has included evening happy hour events, development breakfasts, and Coffee and Conversation learning cohorts.

The Elevate Advisory Committee plans, organizes, and delivers the Elevate Denver program. This program is a six-month long intensive professional development and networking experience designed to develop and enhance nonprofit leadership skills among a select group of fellows.
