Interested in making a difference within the nonprofit community? Looking to network and develop your leadership skills? Consider applying to joining our Advisory Board, which oversees all YNPN Denver management and programming.
Term: Two-year term, with four one-year renewal terms optional.
Attendance: Monthly meetings on the third Monday of the month, from 5:30 – 7:00. Meetings are held in Central Denver. Advisory Board Members are expected to attend at least 80% of meetings each year.
Participation: All advisory board members are active members on working committees including: Executive Team, Elevate, Fund Development, Professional Development and Marketing and Membership.
Financial Commitment: All Advisory Board Members contribute to fundraisers, in addition to an annual gift to YNPN Denver.
Previous Experience: Not required! Each candidate is reviewed individually, with preference given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership within the community.
We welcome all applicants, but at this time we are especially seeking people with financial management or volunteer management skills, mid-career nonprofit professionals, and representatives of diverse communities.
